  • 2008 Representative(s) for Northern Ontario to Miss World Canada 2009



Miss North Ontario Regional Canada Pageant Judges will be carefully selected from various walks of life. They will be well respected individuals of their community who are professionals in every aspect, thereby making the pageant experience a comfortable and educational one for the contestants.



Marking for contestants judging will be as follows:

  • Preliminary Night Opening Number 15%
  • Preliminary Night Formal Wear 15%
  • Personal Interview with Judges 40%
  • Beauty with a Purpose – 10%
  • Scholastic Testing – 20%
  • Final Night Opening Number 15%
  • Final Night Fashion Show 15%
  • On Stage Interview with M.C. 20%
  • Preliminary Night Formal Wear 15%
  • Pre-Pageant Participation and Co-operation 10%
  • Overall Choice by Each Individual Judge·
    - 30% for their Personal choice for MNORCP·
    - 20% for their Personal choice for 1st Runner Up·
    - 10% for their personal choice for 2nd Runner Up

    All fun activities that involve awards other than those mentioned above, have no bearing on contestants overall total mark.

    NOTE: 1ST AND 2ND Runner Ups from the previous year of participation will act as official hostesses for the year following their crowning and will then be invited to attend as a contestant if they so desire the following year representing a different location than that of their original participation
